Watch: Steel Panther Meets Angry Studio Whiz Glenn Fricker

Usually when we encounter Glenn Fricker of Spectre Sound Studios, we’re watching him experience a funny shit-fit about dummy bassists, bad studio habits, and/or endemic onstage blundering. But in his latest video for our sister site Gear Gods, he’s blissful and mellow sandwiched between the axemen (men?) of metal’s best live band, Steel Panther. He, Satchel, and Lexxi Foxx talk sex, guitars, hair spray, and of course the persistent breed of retarded bass player (of which theirs is an alpha). It’s hilarious — both Fricker and Steel Panther always are — yet a wise-ass journalist could point out the poetry of an opinionated sound engineer’s use of one handheld mic for a three-dude interview :) Maybe I’ll make an angry instructional video for InterviewGods.net, lol.
