Baptists are “Calling” You

We’re a little less than a month away from the October 14 release of Bloodmines by Baptists (the good kind, not the kind you’re thinking of)! It reunites the band with producer Kurt Ballou, who also recorded the throat-slitter of an album they released in 2013, Bushcraft! In case you can’t tell, I’M EXCITED!!! I haven’t heard Bloodmines yet, but if it’s as good as Bushcraft, well… it’s gonna be like someone shoved a firecracker up your ass.

And now you can play a game of “just the tip” with that firecracker: Louderthanwar.com has premiered some fresh Blood in the form of “Calling,” which you can stream below. Given the third degree burns that formed on my anus whilst listening to it, I’d say Bloodmines is, indeed, going to crack fire. WHA-CHA! (That was the crack of a whip, in case you couldn’t tell.)
