At All Cost Singer Andrew Collins Was in a Serious Motorcycle Crash, Currently in a Coma

At All Cost were one of the first bands we collectively got behind at MetalSucks, back in our very first months as a website — early 2007. Through the process of becoming fans we also became their friends, and shared more than a few beers with them whenever they rolled through the area. At All Cost broke up in 2008, but we’ve remained in touch with some of the members over the years. Circle of Demons is an under-appreciated gem I still rock to this day, and, in retrospect, it was also a crazy influential album.

So it’s both as fans and friends that we send our best to vocalist Andrew Collins — now singing for the band Vegatron — who was in a bad motorcycle crash on Tuesday and sustained four broken ribs, a broken nose, broken leg, broken scapula, and a skull fracture which has caused bleeding in his brain. Collins remains in intensive care and is currently in a coma. 

Andrew’s friends, family and bandmates have launched a campaign at GoFundMe.com to help cover his medical bills. In only 18 hours they’ve already collected over $5,000 of their $25,000 goal, which is a good start, but surely not even close to enough. Donate anything you can afford.
