Best/Worst Thing Ever on the Internet Today: One-Man “Hyper Metal” Artist Fadades Released a New Video!!

One-man French black metal self-proclaimed “hyper metal” act Fadades turned the Internet on its collective backside when he first broke upon the scene in 2012… or at least when we first became aware of his groundbreaking work. Now the artist that single-handedly redefined what it means to be tr00 is back: Fadades has a new song called “Le cauchemar de Ramsès” (“The Nightmare of Ramses”) and an accompanying video to go with it, and it is unquestionably the best thing you’ll see on the Internet today.

The green screen images here are pretty righteous, but nothing beats those facial expressions. I don’t think it’s possible to beat this guy at the game of making badass metal faces, but you’re certainly welcome to try. Also really digging that wardrobe — note the perfectly aligned placement of a hole in the shirt for his left nipple — and the shot of him adjusting his black metal armwear at the beginning of the video, so you know he’s for real.
