These are the 45 Bands Announced for Maryland Deathfest XIII So Far

The 2015 iteration of Maryland Deathfest, the festival’s 13th year, is set to take place in its usual home of Baltimore from May 21st through May 24th, a marathon four days of headbanging, booze, more headbaging and more booze. An initial list of 30 bands confirmed for the fest was announced last week, and 15 more have followed today.

Here are the initial 30, with asterisks indicating an exclusive U.S. appearance:

That’s quite a lineup, and it’s still just the beginning. Needless to say there are gonna be a lot of tough decisions when we’re forced to choose between bands playing at the same time on different stages! Uptown problems, though.

Early bird tickets are all sold out, but the festival’s organizers promise the rest of the lot will be made available once all the bands are booked “in a few months.” Stay tuned here to make sure you don’t miss it.
