Exclusive Track Premiere: United Nations Takes on the United Nations in “United Nations Vs. United Nations”
On July 15, Temporary Residence will release The Next Four Years, the second full-length release from self-described “experimental punk supergroup,” United Nations. Although originally founded by members of Thursday, Converge, and Glassjaw as a side project, the band is now a full-time wrecking machine with an overhauled line-up that includes members of acclaimed screamo outfit, Pianos Become The Teeth. As a result, The Next Four Years is easily United Nations’ most caustic and incendiary release to date, the kind of album which could peel the paint from your walls and the enamel from your teeth.
MetalSucks is proud to present “United Nations Vs. United Nations,” which is just a small sample of the insanity The Next Four Years holds in store for you. Stream it below! You can pre-order The Next Four Years here. Record collectors, take note: the vinyl version of the album contains 2wo 7″ vinyl records, one 10″ vinyl record, one cassette, and a digital copy of album, all packaged in a limited-edition boxset featuring exclusive art. These are extremely limited edition and are expected to sell out soon, so don’t hesitate – get yours now!
