Someone Wrote a Symphonic Metal Opera About Bronies
So. An Australian “composer, multi-instrumentalist, metalhead and brony” who calls himself “The L-Train” recently recruited a bunch of other bronies and recorded a symphonic metal opera about bronies. You can stream the results, entitled Moonrise, below. Being neither a brony nor a fan of symphonic metal (I mean, I like real symphonic metal, like Virgin Black, but when people say “symphonic metal,” they usually just mean power metal where the synths sound like an orchestra instead of sounding like a dying tarsier), I’m not in the best position to speak to the quality of Moonrise. But I’m told it’s very funny. I hope it brings you some pleasure. Actually, “hope” may a strong word.
