The Tim Lambesis Sentencing Has Been Delayed
Ever since Tim Lambesis pleaded guilty to attempted murder-for-hire in February, we’d been waiting until today to find out what his sentencing would be. Welp, keep waiting: Lambesisgoat reports via an “insider” that the sentencing has been rescheduled until May 16th. No explanation was given.
The delay shouldn’t come as that much of a shock; postponements have been a regular part of the process throughout the entire trial. Ladies and gentlemen, the American legal system (via your tax dollars) at work!
Lambesis could serve up to nine years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. We’ll know more on May 16th.
When reached for comment, Lambesis simply said, “Tim Lambesis has no comment.”
