You Could be the New Martyr in Scar the Martyr

Are you a vocalist? Are you currently not in a band, or willing to ditch the band you’re in to be in a bigger band? Do you sound an awful lot like Corey Taylor? Are your con-tents under presh-uh? Well, then, this may be the gig for you!

Following the quitting/firing of vocalist Henry Derek earlier this month, Joey Jordison’s Scar the Martyr is now leaving no stone unturned in his quest for a new vocalist. Says the band via Facebook:

“As recently mentioned, Scar The Martyr is looking for a new vocalist. Before we make a final decision, we have decided to open up submissions to the public. If you are interested, email your tryout video to [email protected]. We look forward to seeing and hearing your submissions.”

Gosh, it sure would be neat if a MetalSucks reader got this gig. It would also be neat if Slipknot would reunite with Jordison. When I think about it, there are a lot of things that would be neat that would probably never happen.
