I’m gonna keep this short and sweet: if you’ve never heard the genre-fusing insanity of Mike Patton’s Mr. Bungle project (RIP), you are missing out on a potentially delirious mental breakdown.  This band brought all the antics of a demented 3-ring circus into a progressive metal context and then fucked with the sound much, much further to create something nobody has come close to matching in the twenty-five years since.

Treat yourself to a little madness this fine Saturday…….just hold off on the hallucinogens til after lunch, lest you truly lose your precious little mind…
