Bloodbath Issue New Album Update, Hint at Identity of New Vocalist

Bloodbath, perhaps the most super of all death metal supergroups, have posted the following message on their Facebook page:

What all of these events have in common — besides being completely fucking awful, of course — is that they took place in 1971. So we know the birth year of the new vocalist in Bloodbath, but, uh… I mean, that doesn’t really help THAT much. Previous Bloodbath vocalists Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth, duh) Peter Tägtgren (Hypcorisy, double-duh) were born in 1974 and 1970, respectively, so if you were hoping one of them might return to the fold, you’re shit outta luck. I was thinking maybe Lars Göran Petrov from Entombed, ’cause Bloodbath currently have an Entombed/Left Hand Path-style image they’re currently using on Facebook (above), but Petrov was born in ’72, so that ain’t it. Tomas Lindberg was also born in ’72, and he’s probably pretty busy right now anyway, so we can rule him out. Angela Gossow was born in ’74…. Johan Liiva was born in ’70… Johan Hegg was born in ’73…  Johan Lindstrand was born in ’76… Jonas Renske, ’75… Anders Fridén, ’73… Speed Strid, ’78… Mikael Stanne, ’74… Christian Älvestam, ’76… I can’t figure out when anyone from Darkane or Spawn of Possession was born, so I guess it could be one of those dudes… Jörgen Sandström from The Project Hate MCMXCIX, Krux, etc. was born in ’71, so he’s literally the only viable candidate I can come up with right now.
