GWAR’s Oderus Urungus Teases “Major Announcement”

If you’re not following GWAR vocalist and MetalSucks NFL expert Oderus Urungus on Twitter, well, you’re a fool. For one thing, he’s hilarious. And for another, sometimes he gives fans the heads up on cool upcoming shit. Like he did today!

O.K. bohabs…look for a MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT on Friday regarding our tour plans for 2014 and the lead-up to GWAR’s 30th anniversary!

OMG, WHAT COULD IT BE?!?! I mean it obviously has something to do with the band’s tour plans for their thirtieth (!!!) anniversary, but it sounds like ti will also include something extra super-duper special. Given that GWAR are already legendary for putting on one of the craziest shows on earth, the mind boggles at the thought of an even CRAZIER version of that crazy show. What insanity could Oderus and company have up their collective sleeve? Playing one of their classic albums in its entirety? Special guest stars? A donkey show? A public execution of Ian Watkins? I guess we’ll find out Friday!!!
