“Okay I’ll do it!” my brain said immediately, and I hit “play” expecting a band that sounded like Revocation.

Well, Summoner sound nothing like Revocation… but Atlantian is still awesome! This is some retro stoner shit of the highest order, the kind of thing which will have fifteen-year-olds who have never heard Sabbath before going “Aw man, that ain’t metal!” and the rest of going, “Yeah bruh, stop bogarting that joint and turn this shit UP!” Listeners will have no choice but to lightly bob as though marionettes, and the guitars have so much fuzz they might as well be a prepubescent’s awkward ‘stache. This is good stuff.
