Although the idea of a mock infomercial as a promotional tool is hardly a new one, rarely has it been executed with such an high degree of verisimilitude. Anyone who used to watch these things in the 80s will marvel at just how right they got it. It’s a parody, sure, but in a kinda strange way, it’s also an homage. Watch:
