Video: Chinese High Schoolers Cover Amesoeurs’ “Ruines Humaines”

Amesoeurs may be dead, but their spirit lives on through these extremely tr00 Chinese high school students. I think they did a nice job, too! I’m especially impressed given the context; the oldest member of the band could eighteen at most, which would have made him or her eleven when Ruines Humaines came out. And the youngest member of the band could have been as young as seven! Is it easy to get copies of underground black metal EPs in China? I mean, this is a country that wouldn’t allow Metallica to play “Master of Puppets”! And now you’ve got adolescents singing this…

…which translates to this:

At the heart of the dead cities
