Tim Lambesis Will Stand Trial

As we reported this morning, Tim Lambesis’ preliminary hearing — a pre-trial review of the prosecution’s case — took place earlier today. Unsurprisingly, the result of the hearing was that Lambesis will, indeed, now stand trial for allegedly attempting to hire  a hitman to kill his wife, Meggan. The As I Lay Dying vocalist’s arraignment — a formal reading of the charges against Lambesis — will take place on October 22. At that point the date for the trial will be set as well.

In the meantime, the previously set terms of Lambesis’ bail will remain in place.
