Karnivool’s new album is finally here, just waiting to be listened to by YOU, to coincide with today’s release in Australia and just a few days ahead of its July 23 release in North America. We’ve seen the arresting video for “We Are” and we heard another song from the record called “The Refusal,” but that’s really all we’ve gotten from this album so far. I, like you, am now listening to Asymmetry in full for the very first time.

And so far I like what I’m hearing. It is a bit lower-fi than we’re accustomed to hearing from this band, but it definitely still sounds like Karnivool and the production is just fine, plenty of layers of audio goodness and clear tones throughout.
