Listen to Ten Seconds of New Whitechapel Music

Whitechapel — who are currently fighting their way thru our Most Needlessly Shat Upon Band Bracket — have uploaded a ten-second-long video teasing some new material to their Instagram account. Obviously it’s hard to say much about it based on this little low-fi snippet, although we can now confirm that the new Whitechapel album will feature guitars and drums. PHEW! I was seriously worried that their new album might be made exclusively using bongos, tambourines, and Jew harps.

The band is said to be entering the studio with producer Mark Lewis soon to record their new offering. In the meantime, enjoy this lil’ itty bitty sneak peek:
