Decapitated Made a Grassy Field Music Video for “Carnival is Forever”

No longer are grassy field metal videos the sole domain of crabcore and 5th gen metalcore: Decapitated have joined the party! But they’ve decided to have a little fun with it, naturally, and it’s hilarious to watch a band that’s normally so srs be a bunch of goofballs. My guess: they had an off day on their current tour with Lamb of God and The Acacia Strain somewhere in the American Southeast (are those mangrove trees?), a friend offered to shoot a video, and they made a day out of it with a good-times barbecue (chicken in the beginning vignette, bag of charcoal in video background, ketchup and mustard body bath). Further proof that fun, engaging music videos don’t need to break the bank.
