Marq Torien from BulletBoys Apparently Thinks He’s Famous

Speaking for myself, personally, I would never spend $7,000 on a pair of pants. You could try to sell me the bell bottoms in which Cliff Burton perished and I wouldn’t pay that much for them. That being said, I know that there are people out there who are so enamored of particular celebrities that they probably would pay $7K for clothes once worn by whomever.

But I can’t really imagine that there’s anyone out there who would pay that amount for pants once worn by Marq Torien, lead singer for BukkakeBoys BulletBoys. The world’s umpteenth David Lee Roth wannabe and seemingly the love child of Bond girl Talisa Soto and a lion, Torien was never really that famous, even at the height of his band’s popularity. His biggest fans have long since destroyed their vaginas birthing endless resupplies for trailer parks everywhere, and now must devote all of their income to groceries and/or meth (or, in some even more tragic instances, now write for MetalSucks).

And yet Torien seems to be under the impression that he’s Tommy Lee or something — ’cause he’s now selling his old pants on eBay for a cool seven grand.

Screen Shot 2013-06-17 at 3.00.23 PMI kinda suspect Torien knows these ain’t worth what he’s asking for ’em, too, ’cause he includes a link to the video for the band’s biggest hit, “Smooth Up in Ya,” in which he does not wear the pants… but fails to include a link to the “Love of Money” video in which he does wear the pants.

My favorite part, though, is that he reveals the pants ” are dirty & smell musky,” but then adds, “you can clean them ?” [sic] I’m not sure if that means he isn’t positive that you can clean them, or it means that you might not wanna clean them on account of potentially losing some of the Marq magic that has soaked into the pants, or if really he’s just accidentally revealed that he’s not too bright. I’m guessing it’s that last one.
