As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis: New Bail Review Set for Tomorrow
The San Diego District Attorney’s Office has granted Tim Lambesis a new bail hearing.
The As I Lay Dying vocalist will go before a Judge David Berry tomorrow (Friday May 17) at 1:30 p.m. PST at San Diego’s North County Superior Courthouse. There, his attorney, Anthony Salerno, will present a new argument as to why Lambesis’ bail should lowered (presumably to an amount he can afford to pay).
Both Salerno and the prosecutor, Deputy District Attorney Claudia Grasso, may reveal new facets of the case while making their arguments. Grasso, we can assume, will do whatever she can to keep Lambesis in prison until the completion of his trial.
Previously, it was reported that if Lambesis is released, he will be required to wear a GPS monitor allowing authorities to track him at all times. Additionally, he will have to turn in his passport, and will be allowed to leave San Diego only to see Salerno at his Los Angeles office.
More news as it develops.
