The 2013 Gwar-B-Q Line-Up is Finger Lickin’ Good

Gwar have announced the initial line-up for their annual Gwar-B-Q event, and it is easily the best bill they’ve put together yet. In addition to the alien scumdogs themselves, the following bands are all confirmed to play (and keep in mind there are others yet to be announced):

Municipal Waste
Corrosion of Conformity
Pig Destroyer
Cannabis Corpse
Loincloth
Kung-Fu Dykes

I don’t know Loincloth or the Kung-Fu Dykes, but a) Kung-Fu Dykes is the best band I’ve heard in ages, and b) you had me at Pig Destroyer.

The event will take place on two stages at Hadad’s Water Park in Richmond, VA, on Saturday August 17th. Stay tuned to the event’s official website for ticket info.
