To The Finntrollmobile!
Finntroll’s new video, “Häxbrygd,” which debuted on The Deciblog, is neither great nor awful; I found it fairly boring, but I’m not a Finntroll fan. Basically, it intercuts performance footage with footage of the band making their own personal Grease Lightning. And then there’s an homage to A Clockwork Orange, which has never been done before!
Mostly I was distracted by the drummer’s belly and the question “How in the mother of fuck does one pronounce ‘Häxbrygd’?”
“Häxbrygd” appears on Finntroll’s Blodsvept, which is out now on Century.
