Stream Kvelertak’s New Album Meir in Full Right This Second!

If you read this site on the regs you know that the MetalSucks staff has been kinda lukewarm on the new Kvelertak album Meir after being absolute gaga over their self-titled release a few years back. We’ve dug a couple songs from the record (especially first single “Bruane Brenn“) but two out of two MetalSucks co-Editor in Chiefs agree that the album on the whole lacks the immediacy and infectiousness of their last record. The album does have plenty of great riffs and hummable moments and it certainly not bad by any means… it’s just that on the whole it’s a bit of a let down.
