We don’t cover Irish atmospheric rock outfit And So I Watch You From Afar nearly enough. Save this one post back in 2011 we’ve only ever referenced them as a band that other bands sound like, which should tell you a) that we really love this band, and b) that they’ve had quite an impact on their little corner of the heavy rock world.

But today we’ve got as good a reason as any to bring this very unique mostly instrumental group to the forefront of your attention: their entire new album All Hail Bright Futures is streaming in full one week before its March 19th release via Sergeant House. My quick reaction on first listen is that they’ve really branched out with new sounds and textures since 2011’s Gangs, which is certainly a good thing, but I’ll need more listens to fully grok this record.
