War from a Harlots Mouth’s Video for “Vertigo” Could Have Used a Little Hitchcock
There are no references to Alfred Hitchcock’s masterpiece, Vertigo, in War from a Harlots Mouth’s new video for their song of that same name. Which is fine, I suppose; that would have been pretty on-the-nose, and besides, Faith No More have already done it anyway. Still, you wish the director had thought of something a little cooler than this. A song this rad deserves something a little more memorable than smoke machines and a confused-looking young woman, doncha think?
“Vertigo” appears on War from a Harlots Mouth’s Voyeur, which is out now on Season of Mist.
