Ross Robinson is Really Getting Cozy with the Poles

We still don’t know whether or not Ross Robinson is producing the new Behemoth album, but we can now assume that he didn’t fly all the way to Poland just to shake Nergal’s hand: he recently produced abcdefghijklmnoprstuwxyz,an irritatingly-named album by an instrumental Polish band, semantik punk. And silly title aside, it’s way, way better than most of the stuff Robinson has been associated with in the past. They give me hope that if he is producing the new Behemoth album, he won’t muck it up (even though this band sounds nothing like Behemoth… it sounds nothing like Cold, either, so that’s encouraging).
