Descending Have “Energy”

Based on their video for the song “Energy,” I’m guessing that Greece’s Descending are looking to sell themselves to the Marilyn Manson crowd, or maybe the Cradle of Filth crowd; the thing is, their music sounds nothing like either band. In fact, “Energy” is pretty, um, energetic entry in the melodeath genre. And the video is pretty cool, too — I especially dig the part where we’re underwater, and the music is appropriately muted. Nice touch!
