GOING VEGAN ON THE ROAD WITH TRIOSCAPES

I am not a vegan (or a vegetarian), but I do understand the myriad rationales behind those lifestyle choices (except for those who partake for trendy reasons, which I think even most vegans are embarrassed by). So it’s interesting for me to watch this Metal Injection video interview with Trioscapes’ Dan Briggs (also of BTBAM) and Matt Lynch about why they chose to go vegan and how they maintain that diet choice on the difficult, un-vegan friendly environs of the road. The interview takes place at the “vegan fast food” restaurant Foodswings in Brooklyn, NY, and I gotta say… what Dan and Matt are eating looks quite yummy. Watch:
