METAL WRECKAGE DEAL OF THE DAY: FOUR ACACIA STRAIN ALBUMS FOR ONLY $33
There’s a new metal webstore in town called Metal Wreckage. But rather than trying to be everything all at once like most metal retailers do they’re keeping things super, super simple: one killer “Daily Steel” package deal every day, available for only 24 hours, and nothing else at all. Since the site launched two weeks ago they’ve already offered exclusive deals for Anthrax, Baroness, Six Feet Under, Cannibal Corpse and more.
Today’s deal: CDs of The Acacia’s Strain last four albums (3750, The Dead Walk, Continent and Wormwood). Metal Wreckage wants you to sign up with an email address to see the prices of their packages, but MetalSucks has got your back and can confirm that this four-CD set costs just $33. A good deal indeed for one of metal heaviest hitters! (read Axl’s review of their forthcoming release Death Is The Only Mortal)
Metal Wreckage really ought to publicize the prices instead of hiding them behind an email address wall; I’m sure they lose a healthy chunk of people who might otherwise buy something because people just don’t feel like spending the time it takes to sign up. Superfans of the featured band will always sign up, but you lose the casual browsers. More clicks = less sales. But this new store is otherwise a really solid idea. Check it out!
