OH HAI NEW CAR BOMB ALBUM

Well, here’s a pretty good WTF moment for the day! In July, we learned that Car Bomb’s first album since 2007 was almost ready for release; then in August, the band released the first single (which includes a guest appearance by Joejira!) and announced that the album would have the marketeer’s wet dream of a title, w^w^^w^w; and then we didn’t hear anything, didn’t get any more advance songs, no press releases, nada, and basically we completely forgot about it. I feel both guilty and like it’s really not our fault. (Clearly, we weren’t the only ones who forgot. Remember the importance of hiring a publicist, folks, even if you’re self-releasing your album!) But being a Car Bomb fan, I would still like to make it up to the band with this post.
