DECIBEL‘S 100th ISSUE CELEBRATION SHOW IS GONNA BE OFF THE HOOK
Decibel, the only metal magazine still worth reading as far as the editors of this website are concerned, will celebrate their 100th issue in January in the best way possible: by putting on an awesome show with a ridiculously cool line-up. As you can see from the above poster, Pig Destroyer, Repulsion, Municipal Waste, Tombs, and Evoken will all be on hand to blow fans’ eardrums out, and those five bands alone more than justify spending twenty bucks on a ticket. But just to sweeten the deal:
- There is a surprise headliner that won’t be announced ’til November. Yes, we know who it is. No, we’re not allowed to tell you. The Decidudes have granted us permission, however, to give you the following hints: it’s a band that has been on the cover of Decibel, and it’s not Iron Maiden. Beyond that, you’ll just have to take my word when I PROMISE you that it’s a GREAT fucking band that you will DEFINITELY want to go see live.
- All attendees will receive a special ultra-limited Pig Destroyer flexi-disc which will ONLY be available the day of the show.
Vince and I are already making plans to attend (keep in mind that PxDx live shows are a rarity, so the chance to see them twice in just a few months is well worth a ride in the car!), and we strongly recommend you do the same — this should be one unforgettable night of killer extreme music.
