HOLY SH*T, A LIFE ONCE LOST ARE REALLY GONNA RELEASE A NEW RECORD!

FINALLY, SOME GOOD NEWS!

A Life Once Lost will release a new album, Ecstatic Trance, via Season of Mist on October 23 in North America and on November 16 anyplace else that doesn’t have internet. It’s been five years since the release of ALOL’s last album, Iron Gag, which is far too long. In that time, not only has the band undergone some line-up changes, but word around the campfire is that they have written, recorded, and actually scrapped an entire album. Sheesh. Hopefully this new offering makes all that waiting and work worth it; I’m certainly optimistic, that’s for sure!

So this year it looks like we may actually get new albums from A Life Once Lost, Pig Destroyer, The Faceless, and Wintersun. Are you paying attention, Necrophagist? Time to get off your ass and step up to the plate!
