POLL: DID ZAKK WYLDE GIVE HIS NEW BABY THE COOLEST OR STUPIDEST NAME EVER?

Yesterday, Zakk Wylde’s wife, Barbaranne, gave birth to the couple’s fourth child, a boy who they have named… Sabbath. He joins two siblings with fairly normal names (Haley Rae and Jesse) and another with a name that’s more, um, exotic (Hendrix).

Now, we’re fairly used to celebrities giving their children weird names (e.g., Apple Paltrow-Martin), and this isn’t the first time parents have named their baby after a metal band. But that still doesn’t prevent us from laughing every time it happens. (And, in this case specifically, cracking wise about how the baby is destined to grow up to be a rabbi.) Of course, you may think we shouldn’t be laughing — that naming your child after one of the bands that created the genre we love is an awesome tribute to some (once-?) great musicians. And so we ask you: Did Zakk Wylde give his new baby the coolest or stupidest name ever?
