FORTY-FIVE SECONDS OF A NEW SYBREED SONG

So. Reader James Fenczik left a message on my Facebook wall asking us to write something about this sample of “No Wisdom Brings Solace,” the new song by the Swiss band that looks like they’re from Long Island, Sybreed. I’m not sure if the title of the tune is missing the phrase “amount of” in between the words “no” and “wisdom,” or if the title is just like a weird way of saying “Ignorance is Bliss.” (Brief digression: super awesome song with that title here.) In any case, I still need to do one good deed for the month of June, so I thought I’d get it out of the way and post this even though it just sounds like Fear Factory if Fear Factory added an ’86 Casio  and Lindbergian screeches to their formula:

“No Wisdom Brings Solace” will appear on Sybreed’s new album, “God is an Automaton,” which is scheduled for release around September.

Please do not take this post as an invitation to leave me endless messages about terrible bands on my Facebook wall. Like I said, I just did my good deed for the month.
