NACHTMYSTIUM’S “SILENCING MACHINE” IS NOT SILENT

Well, here’s a terrific way to kick off your weekend: Pitchfork is now streaming the title track from the new Nachtmystium album, Silencing Machine. It’s your first chance to hear some new material from the band’s latest release.

And if you’re one of those folks who hated the Black Meddle albums, you should be pleased to hear the band returning to a somewhat more traditionalist black metal route. I say “somewhat more” because there are industrial elements at play. But nothing major.

And if, like me, you loved the Black Meddle albums, well… hopefully you’ll dig this, too!
