“18 DAYS”: MORE NEW SIX FEET UNDER COMING AT YA
I was kind of surprised to see what I categorize as a lukewarm reaction in the comments section to “Formaldehyde,” the first single from the first album by the newly-revamped Six Feet Under, Undead. The beef seemed to be primarily with Chris Barnes’ vocal performance, which, uh, okay. Of all the problems I ever had with SFU, Barnes’ vocals were not really one of ’em, but to each their own, I guess.
So now the band is streaming another new song, a really elephants marcher of a ditty called “18 Days,” right here. And I like it a lot and kinda don’t know what else to say other than… maybe you guys will be more enthusiastic about this tune that you were the last one? I think Undead is a really fun album, and I’d hate to see people not at the very least give it a chance.
Check out “18 Days” here. Undead comes out May 22 via Metal Blade. In June, the band goes on tour with Dying Fetus and Revocation; you can get dates here.
