VIDEO: JEFF LOOMIS + JOE NURRE REHEARSING ANOTHER NEW LOOMIS TUNE, “MERCURIAL”

“Mercurial,” Jeff Loomis’ collaboration with former Megadeth guitarist/current Japanese person Marty Friedman, hasn’t been officially released yet, but here’s the next best thing — video of Loomis rehearsing the song with Joe Nurre, who will be the co-guitarist in his touring band when he hits the road later this month as part of a MetalSucks-sponsored tour with Protest the Hero, Periphery, The Safety Fire, and Today I Caught the Plague. It’s another great track from Loomis’ forthcoming Plains of Oblivion, so Friedman or no, you oughta check this out:
