JK FLESH: JUSTIN K. BROADRICK IS A “KNUCKLEDRAGGER”

It’s been like ten whole seconds since Justin K. Broadrick put anything out, so now he’s releasing a new album, Posthuman, under the moniker JK Flesh. Not that I’m objecting, mind you — I just can’t keep up with everything this dude does anymore. Wasn’t he supposed to be working on a new Godflesh album or something, too? Or did he decide that one project with the word “flesh” in it was enough?

ANYWAY, below you can stream a “promo edit” for a new JK Flesh track, “Knuckledragger.” It’s even less metal than Jesu, but it’s still one of the more dark and disturbing pieces of music I’ve heard emerge from Broadrick’s brain, which is saying something.

Posthuman comes out April 30.
