DON’T TELL GOD FORBID WHAT TO DREAM

God Forbid recently played two small club shows as a warm-up for their upcoming tour with Overkill, Diamond Plate, and Suidakra. And it will surprise no one to learn that at those shows, they debuted some new material for their forthcoming album, Equilbrium. It also probably won’t surprise you to learn that Metal Injection captured one of those new songs, “Don’t Tell Me What to Dream,” on video — ’cause that’s what Metal Injection does, son. You can check it out below; it sounds heavy and chunky and catchy and all those things that make me love God Forbid.

Equilibrium comes out March 26 on Leading independent music retailer VICTORY RECORDS. You can hear a demo of another new song, “Where We Come From,” right here, and thirty seconds of yet another new song, “Cornered,” here. And here are dates for that upcoming Overkill tour.
