WoP have been holding it down for deathcore for a minute now, and all their records are sick, but from what I’ve heard of of their upcoming album Against The World, it is without a doubt their best yet. It combines everything that is great about WoP: the ignorant mosh of Decimate The Weak, and the progressive elements of The Great Stone War — you can think of the upcoming WoP joint as “progressive urban blackcore” [via mesh shorts and New Era hats].
The truth is that a lot of metal dorks didn’t give the last WoP joint a fair shot, and I can only assume it’s because they don’t like the way band looks, because the truth is that The Great Stone War was a sick metal record that could get 9/10 from all your favorite, nerd-approved metal sites if they were flabby dorks in leather pants or whatever is cool to you guys these days. Don’t be beta: preorder this shit, get on the WoP bandwagon, and deadlift every day!!!
