METALSUCKS’ 2ND ANNUAL HEAVY METAL HANNUKKAH, BROUGHT TO YOU BY CENTURY MEDIA – NIGHT 2 OF 8
Mazel Tov to MetalSucks Maniac Houston Cairns, who not only correctly answered night 1’s trivia question by identifying guitarist Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal as a Jewish musician who plays on Guns N’ Roses’ Chinese Democracy, but even knew that Mr. Thal’s name is actually “Ronald J. Blumenthal” (the “J” is for “Jew,” or so Sue Grafton tells us). Houston (who really, really needs to meet our pal Dallas) wins a mystery prize, courtesy the good folks at Century Media, plus a dreidel.
Hey, Houston, did you know that the dreidel also makes an excellent sexual aid? It’s true. Try it out. Your lady will love it.
ANYWAY, if you didn’t win last night, no need to weep into your matzoh ball soup – there are still seven nights to go. Here’s this evening’s trivia question:
- Name at least one Jewish member of each of the following bands: Death, Type O Negative and Dream Theater.
