The bizarre career arc of Mike Patton continues with his latest project; the full soundtrack to the Derrick Scocchera film A Perfect Place. But the term “Soundtrack” does Patton’s work here an injustice; this is a bonafide film score worthy of a broadway production, running the gamut from showtune to lounge to old-time swing.
