SPEAKING OF STEREOMUD

I was genuinely shocked at the mostly positive reactions to yesterday’s Stereomud Mini-Reunion post, so here’s another tidbit. Most of our commenters were in agreement that the band’s first record Perfect Self was solid but that their second and final album Every Given Moment was a real dud. Not so — the album had ONE killer song, “Breathing,” but yes, the rest of it was terribly weak. From what I can find “Breathing” never got the official video treatment, but some enterprising young YouTuber gave it an unofficial treatment for her college coursework, and while the results are incredibly trite they allows us to listen to the song. So here here.
