REUNION MANIA CONTINUES: SEX PISTOLS TO WRITE NEW MATERIAL

So the Sex Pistols are planning to reunite, according to eGigs.co.uk. How familiar does this bit look in these reunion happy times:

“The legendary punks returned to the live scene for a series of gigs in November last year. They were so excited about how well received they were by fans that it has convinced the band to start to create the new songs.”

The band doesn’t plan on doing a whole album, but would like to have a few songs ready for their appearance at the Isle of Wight Festival in June.

Oy vey. I never professed to be a Sex Pistols fan (although Axl and I covered “Anarchy in the UK” in our first ever band when we were 12 years old), but how can this possibly be any good? At all?
