CMJ MUSIC MARATHON METAL MAYHEM
So it’s CMJ Music Marathon time here in NYC. This means the following:
- Lots of annoying indie rock hipsters strutting around town like they’re the shit. If you see one, please punch them in the face.
- Lots of annoying music industry types from all over the country and abroad, strutting around town like they’re the shit. If you see one, please punch them in the face.
- Lots of annoying indie rock hipsters in bands playing showcases for annoying music industry types. If you find yourself at one of said showcases, please toss a hand grenade into the crowd and do us all a favor.
Now that that’s out of the way… we’ve compiled a list of potentially interesting hard rock and metal shows that are officially CMJ-sanctioned.
