METAL THAT SOUNDS LIKE OTHER METAL

YouTube user BakNBlack has posted a three-minute parody clip featuring hard rock/heavy metal tracks that sound like songs by other artists. Says BakNBlack:

Y’ever hear a song and go, ‘Man, that sounds just like…’? Well so did I. In fact, I found songs that not only sound like other songs, but they may as well practically BE those other songs! So, for your listening pleasure, I slapped them all together into a nice little slide show for you to listen and watch and go, ‘Hey, you’re absolutely right, BakNBlack, this video is so great I think I’ll show all my friends and their friends and their friends, and I’ll subscribe to your videos and send you $50 in the mail and…’ Okay, maybe that’s wishful thinking. But here you go anyway, free of charge, enjoy!”

While this certainly seems true enough, isn’t BakNblack missing the larger point here which is… a lot of metal sounds the same. In any case, here’s the video.
