ZACK DE LA ROCHA SOLO ALBUM TO FINALLY SEE THE LIGHT OF DAY? SERIOUSLY?!?!

The only album I feel like I’ve been waiting for almost as long as Chinese Democracy is Zack De La Rocha’s solo album – in fact, I wrote about it way back when. And even though this years-in-the-works mystery album still doesn’t have a release date, Billboard (via Blabbermouth) is now reporting that the thing is, at long last, complete.

Sessions for the album have included at various points over the years Trent Reznor, DJ Shadow, ?uestlove and El-P, although at this point there’s no confirmation that any of this material will appear on the album.

But I guess what we all really wanna know this: does this mean that the Rage Against the Machine reunion is over already? Did De La Rocha just participate in these shows to remind the world who he is before finally releasing the album? Only time will tell…
