DARK NEW DAY POST NEW SONG… SORT OF

We don’t know how, but somehow Dark New Day guitarist (and ex-Sevendust guitarist) Clint Lowery has found time to post a song of his own entitled “Kicking Tree” on his MySpace page. Between his summer gig as Korn’s touring guitarist, recording and mixing a supposed new Dark New Day album and getting arrested for drunken behavior in Slovakia, Lowery was able to sneak away long enough to do this recording with his brother and fellow Dark New Day-bandmate Corey on bass and ex-partner in crime Morgan Rose (Sevendust) on drums.

As previously reported, Dark New Day recently posted two new demos on their MySpace page and reiterated that a new album will be finished soon, after Lowery — as well as Troy McLawhorn and Will Hunt who are currently doing time touring duty with Evanescence — finish their summer commitments.
