GUNS N’ ROSES: SUMMER TOUR WILL OFFICIALLY BEGIN IN MEXICO… FOR NOW

GN’R update of the day: according to the band’s official website, their summer world tour will now officially kick-off June 2 in Mexico, while the previously postponed Japanese dates have been rescheduled for July. The story is accompanied by the photo you see to your right, which features the caption “Tommy Stinson is recovering from a sprained hand after an accidental fall”- which is kinda weird, ’cause Tommy Stinson isn’t in this photo.

The press release- which, interestingly enough, was is credited to the author “GunsNRoses.com,” leading fans everywhere to ponder the idea of a website so intelligent it can write its own stories (does Axl Rose control Sky Net?!?!)- goes on to promise that there are “more dates to be announced.”

It then refers to Chinese Democracy as “forthcoming,” providing that one last cock-slap in the face all GN’R fans are now surely accustomed to.
